What if I ordered the wrong ring size?

No worries, we got you covered! If the ring size that you selected is too big or too small we offer a one time free re-sizing. Simply email us first at contact@ablino.com to let us know the new desired ring size and also to notify us that you are sending the ring our way. Remember to always send us your items insured, we are not responsible for lost and/or damaged goods!

Is there a warranty?

Great news, you have a full 1 year warranty on all items! If one of your items has any issues within the first year of your purchase we’ll be happy to repair it at no cost provided it has been subjected to normal wear and tear. As an extra bonus, you will have a one time free cleaning/maintenance service with each purchase within that same 1 year warranty. If after that 1 year warranty you would like for us to repair and/or give maintenance to your jewelry we will happily do so at a discounted rate. Remember to always email us at contact@ablino.com before sending your items our way!

Can I return or exchange my order?

So, you found out that what you received is not what you wanted? No problem, let us deal with that. 🙂

Here’s your checklist to return an item:

  • Email us within 3 days from your receiving date.
  • Make sure the items are unworn or unused.
  • Original packaging, tags, envelopes and plastic must all be in place.
  • Return as a prepaid shipment via the carrier of your choice. Returns sent cash on delivery (CODs) will not be accepted.
  • AB.Lino is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so remember to always send us your items insured.

Once we receive your return, we will gladly exchange, replace or refund your purchase. We can only refund in the same manner as you paid for the merchandise. Refunds are processed 5-7 business days after items are received.

Unfortunately, made-to-order items and sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?

We are currently shipping to all 50 states in the U.S. of A. Shipping is a flat fee of $24.99, which includes insurance up to $2,500.

Can I cancel my order?

It will depend on when you let us know about the order cancellation, because your items may already be on the way to your house! We are very quick at preparing your order to ship, but if the order is not shipped yet, we can cancel it and create a new one! It’s easy!

I didn't receive my confirmation email.

Oh no! There is a chance that AB.Lino email might be at your junk or spam folders. Please have a look, and if you still can’t find your confirmation email, please email us at contact@ablino.com.

I need to update/cancel my order or change the shipping address.

No problem! Email us ASAP at contact@ablino.com. We will try our best to assist you.
Though we are very quick at getting your order ready for shipping, we hope to receive your email about changes really quickly! We promise to cancel your order if it hadn’t been processed and packed yet.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Most orders take 7-15 business days to deliver to your door. Some made-to-order items may take longer, as perfection takes a little bit of time. You will get an email with details of your shipping date and order informaition.
